"They came out and looked at the yard. The estimate was for removing the lawn, reseeding, and planting bushes. We decided not to use them. They were professional, arrived on time, and were easy to talk to. I have no complaints with them."

"The service went well. A crew of about 5 guys came out for the job and completed the service in 1 day. The staff did nice work and did everything I needed done. Everything looked great afterwards. They were great the cleanup and I had no problem scheduling the service."

"My business partner and I needed to rearrange our office layout and were unable to remove the panels ourselves. I called PJ's to let them know of our dilemma and PJ's came in on a moments notice, even after hours to help! The gentleman that came to help was very professional, quick and easy to work with. I will be calling upon PJ's for all my handyman services. Once finished I asked what I owed and he just said, "This is at no cost, Merry Christmas!""

Exact boundaries and dimensions of a given property General topography, including both natural and artificial landmarks Location of utility fixtures, like water mains Confirmation of any easements or encroachments on a piece of property Assessment of land elevation to buy flood insurance Updated information to add to a pre-existing property map

You will find a collection of licensed land surveyors in your area. Your real estate agent or construction manager may also be able to recommend a trusted professional. When speaking with prospective pros in your area, ask the land surveyor if they are licensed in the state, have liability insurance, and can quote you a fee before starting.
