Once construction began, Stan was there managing the subcontractors and working alongside.  We were delighted with each subcontractor Stan brought on board.  They were all punctual, courteous and cleaned up everything after their respective jobs were complete. With Covid supply shortages you can imagine some of the issues that arose, but with each roadblock Stan communicated with us and we worked out satisfactory work arounds. This remodel was a pleasant experience and Stan and his team made the difference. You can be confident in your project if you select Superior Building Concepts."

"When we had a few referred contractors fall through, we found John on Angie's List and are happy we did. We needed to get new flooring and our backsplash tiled. He was responsive, came out right away to give us an estimate. We asked if he would be able to work within our timeline and he was. He put in the LVT flooring throughout our kitchen, living room and hallway - it's beautiful and tiled the backsplash, also lovely. When we ran into an issue with our hood venting he was able to fix that with no issues. We were able to order all the materials through him and the cost includes materials and labor. The pricing wasn't much different than a big box store, and being able to work directly with him and not a third party was much nicer. We will use him again when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"

"Amadou Lo and his painters did a FABULOUS job painting our house! They meticulously prepared the house prior to painting it, spending three full days on prep work. They carefully followed the current lead abatement policies. The house received two coats of paint using five separate colors (light gray for the body, dark gray for the porch, red for the front door, white for the trim, and black for the shutters. It is BEAUTIFUL! It gives the house a classy and timeless appearance. We appreciate all the care that Amadou and his workers provided! They were a pleasure to work with!"

"Andre is a gem of a find as it goes with contractors these days. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up, and is a great problem solver! I hired him for multiple jobs on our total remodel: extensive drywall repairs including ceiling, range fan hood installation, kitchen faucet and plumbing conversion for single sink to double, bathroom and full length closet slider new door installs, minor relocation of our range outlet and deck powerwashing. All these jobs were done very well and any bumps in the road were tackled with the kind of creativity you can only get from a deep base of knowledge and experience. One of his most admirable traits is his persistence; he just doesn't let a project get the best of him. He was always willing to share knowledge, which was invaluable for me as a first time "general contractor". We will most definitely be asking him over to our new house if we have the need!"
