Excellent work. Had a small project we needed help with in a remote area on Mt. Hood. They were able to get our gutters and downspours installed before monsoon season. Even made a couple of repairs that were not part of the scope.

Buyer beware! I received a quote and start date I agreed with. The project started late. They showed up to install Gray gutters when we ordered Black. They came back a week latter and installed gutters that didn't drain and leaked. I sent videos to Tony to fix. He said he would. A week latter they came back, looked at things and left. I finally sent a text asking when he would be back to fix. Told me another month. I let him know I was not happy waiting another month for a project I already paid for and had been waiting 7 weeks already. He wouldn't return calls. But instead, went on a text rant telling me he is sick of F*&%ing customers and his F&^$ing employees and is going to fire them all! He told me i was being picky and just should have taken the Gray gutters vs. the black he quoted and I ordered. He went on with several text messages running me, my property and his employees down. (Great guy to work for). He told me just to tear down the gutters and find someone else to do the job. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and incompetent. Very unstable and unhonest individual. There are too many great contractors. Unfortunately I chose a horrible one and hope others don't make the same mistake.

"I'm very sorry that you are a extremely unhappy individual we tried taking care of you as a customer but unfortunately you built your own building very unlevel and your facias were not plum. You wanted downspouts where they could not be because the building was so poorly built. We tried to come back the following day and still correct your poorly constructed shed. I did say even after you got completely rude with me that we can just send the check back and cut our losses because making you happy was not possible. We offered to switch the gutters around before you started your temper tantrum. We were booked out for weeks and you wanted your mistake fixed immediately, unfortunately you hated that. I have dealt with many customers over the years years but you seem top notch in delivering a bad review full of dishonest information. You stated the jobsite was [Member Information Removed] S.E. [Member Information Removed] in Damascus. But the actual address of the jobsite is [Member Information Removed]. Also you stated the job was $600 dollars. I only charged you $395 dollars and I have the check to prove it. So ultimately I'm not sure why you jumped on Angie's List to lie and slander my company it is not my fault you do not know how to use a level."
