"I needed replacement of two old shower doors. Two of their folks came out (very nice people), measured it off and gave me a quote. They were similar price to another good vendor but their supplier offers a lifetime warranty on the glass doors, so I went with them. 50% deposit, 50% when the job is done. It took some time, but the doors came in and they came to install them. Same two guys. They removed the old metal enclosure, installed the new one, and unpacked the glass doors to hang them. As they were hanging them, they saw some small scratches on the glass of one of the doors. I might not have noticed the scratches, but their installers cared enough to tell me right away. Then they told the office and agreed to install the scratched ones so I would have my shower back and order new doors to replace them. They did not ask for more money. They told me and promised to make it right. This was not their fault. The doors were packed in heavy shipping boxes just like 1000 others. No way to know there was a problem. New doors came in today, and they called me at 8AM to say so. The same two guys arrived at 9:30. They had the doors installed in less than an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up and left. Again, real nice guys. I would use this company again, and recommend them to anyone. They did the right thing at every step. The owner even told me on the phone that they started inspecting the doors when they come in from the factory. That has to take a lot of time. Give these folks a shot at your business. They are worth it."

"Almost 20 years ago in 2001 we hired Peter Schraner and Pacific Northwest Cabinetry. What was supposed to be a kitchen remodel with new cabinets turned into a gut of the entire house due to bad wiring. Peter took on the project, did an amazing job with his wonderful staff and subs. Everything was top notch and expertly done. The job has withstood the test of time, and our house still looks great hardly needing any updates or work done on it 20 years later. On the rare occasion that a cabinet door hinge snaps or something on that order breaks, Peter and his friendly staff respond quickly and within a week the cupboard or hinge is fixed. I initially contacted MS Railing through Angie's List and Serge was quick to respond. Because Serge needed more details we continued to communicate through texting so I could send him pics of the studs in the wall so he would know it would hold the heavy glass door. I was told (by several glass companies) that they wouldn't come out to measure until the tile was installed. However, Serge did give me a rough estm via text just so we'd have an idea of the cost. As soon as the tile was installed I texted Serge about coming out to measure to give us a solid quote. He came out the very next day and was punctual! We also got other estm for the glass from companies off of AL as well. What set MS Railing apart from the rest was the respect that Serge gave by taking off his shoes when he came into our house, MS Railing also had the lowest price and the quickest install turn around time (a week and a couple of days) compared to the other estms we received (3 weeks). The actual estm Serge gave us before he left was even lower than his rough estm he sent me via text! Since we were still waiting on a company to send us their quote, just to make sure, so we waited to let Serge know we wanted to go with his company to install the glass. When we finally got the other quote it was much higher so, I texted Serge to let him know (that was on a Fri evening), I was concerned maybe we should've waited until Mon morning to tell him. However, he did respond right away even though it was after hours. That following Tues I texted Serge to see about our order. I didn't need to worry b/c Serge had remembered and in fact on Weds he texted me to say the glass was ready!! They also had available an apt for 10 am apt spot the next day or I'd have to wait until the following Mon. I chose the 10 am appt.! The guys showed up on time, installed the glass within the hour and cleaned up! We have not used the shower yet as we are still adding some new fixtures and all to the bathroom but we love the look of the doors! We did pay extra for the glass stain protection that was applied to the glass before it was installed. The protection last 5 yrs and the price that was quoted was well below the other companies and worth the extra cost to us. A clear "plastic" strip was attached to the bottom of the shower door to help keep any water from coming out. I was told we could take it off but you can't really even see it plus it's nice to have the extra protection against any potential water that may get splashed onto the door and out onto the floor. Again we are super happy with the service that MS Railing provided and the glass looks wonderful!

"When we had a new dishwasher installed we noted that when the wiring had been punched through the wall behind it, it left a fairly large hole which was open to our crawlspace allowing cold air or possibly small critters a way inside our house.  We also had had a new wall switch installed recently which required cutting a 1 1/2 foot square hole in the drywall below it.  Both holes were patched very professionally.  The existing wall texture was matched below the switch as well.  The work was fast and you'd never know that there were holes in either location now.  Well done!
