After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. "The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"
