It went perfectly! Everything from the initial phone call to completion of service was easy and professional. The tech was on time, courteous and efficient. I’d definitely use them again!

They saw that the springs i needed replacing were done by them before and covered under a Warranty saving me money. Since they were out on a service call anyway, had them install a new opener that i am very pleased with. They are the best!

They came earlier than they said they would. They had a cancellation so I was really surprised that they came as soon as they did.
I would shop compare in the future but I would probably go with them.

Great, I called on Friday and got an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. The installer was a little early which worked great for my schedule. He installed the unit and cleaned up after he was done. The unit works great.

David did a great job. I thought we had a problem with our Master Spring but he determined that the spring was fine and did not need to be replaced. He suggested some maintenance work be done. He moved and lubed a couple of roller mounts, secured the garage door motor more securely, added rubber padding to the bottom of the door on both sides to make it seal properly and adjusted the tension on the spring to make the door move up and down more easily. Took about an hour and well worth it.

Very poor experience.
Pre-installation:
We ordered our door a few months back. Finally got it installed.
Once we paid our 1/2 down, we had 0 communication until I repeatedly reached out until we received an installation date. There was no prep for us on what we needed to do other than "make some room to fit 2 cars".
Installation day:
We did what we were asked and I even sent pictures to our sales guy and he said we were good to go. Once the installers came to the house, they had to move a ton of things and make room.
The issues:
1. Upon installing the door, there was a 1/2 inch gap about 4 feet in length.
2. There were a series of error messages on the opener itself.
They came back to fix both and treated my wife poorly, were rude and were upset that they weren't told that they needed to close the gap and had to come back. Why should they need to be told? Bad craftsmanship. The fix was a 4 foot bar and brush drilled into the door. Terrible looking and they never communicated the fix. We may have investigated other options.
Over a month later, we're still getting error messages on the opener and the door doesn't work 100% of the time. They've communicated that they've come out to fix things and haven't.
The issues are still unresolved and we're awaiting a fix. We've actually reached out to another garage door company that is willing to come out and fix Overhead Door's work. Depending on whether they resolve today, we'll make a call.

The residential estimator called me back within an hour and broke out costs for each element of our punch list. He discussed a couple of eventualities that could affect overall cost, depending on the age of the system. We scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and great to deal with. None of the eventualities turned out to apply to our system, which is apparently of a certain age but not ancient. System operates much more quietly after the tune-up. Will definitely use this company for any future needs.

They called prior to arrival and arrived on time which is always great. The motor on one of my openers stopped working. The motor is guaranteed for life so it was no cost. I only paid for the labor to replace it. The motor was replaced and a second wireless keypad was added at my request. The tech insured that both keypads worked properly as did the remote that is hardwired to my car. Prompt, neat, and professional.
