"It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. He also was threatening me that he will come back and brake my gutters! Scam! Awful services, not professional at all."

I made a couple changes to what we wanted, and they sent a revised bid. All the paperwork was done online, except we gave them the credit card number over the phone. We paid 50% at signing and the remainder about a week after the work was completed. They did all the paperwork for the Oregon energy tax rebate and applied the rebate directly to our purchase price. All I had to do was email them a copy of our electric bill to document who our utility company was. The installers drove out to our site the first morning, worked all day, spent the night in a local hotel, then completed the job the second day. When they left, they took all our old windows and all the other trash with them"

She communicates with the “project manager” whom we have never seen or met. We are still waiting for our refund on the over purchase. We told the installers to take down and NOT re install the obsolete satellite dish and antenna, which they did and now we have a cable with staples/holes running on the front of our house in the new siding. We asked the company to have them come take them down, and they haven’t. There seemed to be a language communication problem with the installers. They also put up 15 sheets, approximately, that didn’t need to be done. They actually put it over the existing sheeting. If it needed replaced, the old sheeting should have been removed. When my husband asked why they didn’t remove the old, they said “it didn’t need replaced, it was fine”. The sales rep had the nerve to call and ask us to change our rating of him/the company. It was an 8; it’s going to get changed but not in the way he wants."
