Even though the leak was small, and basements were flooding all over the city, Q and Amber made time to look at the leak very soon after it happened, and to stay in touch with me as a I monitored the wall to see if it would recur. When it did happen again, Q and his team were very flexible about finding a time to actually make the repair. The repair itself went very quickly. They searched diligently but carefully, taking down small parts of an interior wall, until they found the spot. A continuing wet spring has allowed us to test the fix, and it's been very effective.

Throughout the process, Q and his team were very professional, and very pleasant. They worked with the challenges of our schedule and accommodated requests to keep the price down as much as possible.
