Even though the leak was small, and basements were flooding all over the city, Q and Amber made time to look at the leak very soon after it happened, and to stay in touch with me as a I monitored the wall to see if it would recur. When it did happen again, Q and his team were very flexible about finding a time to actually make the repair. The repair itself went very quickly. They searched diligently but carefully, taking down small parts of an interior wall, until they found the spot. A continuing wet spring has allowed us to test the fix, and it's been very effective.

Throughout the process, Q and his team were very professional, and very pleasant. They worked with the challenges of our schedule and accommodated requests to keep the price down as much as possible. During the work, they kept the site remarkably clean, despite the demolition and reinstallation of the interior wall.
