"I am really disappointed to be posting this review. We had Varguez replace some of our windows and three of our doors in August 2022. They ordered and installed two incorrect doors and the third door showed up with scratches on the glass but they installed it anyway before we saw it. Manny Varguez told me they would take care of the doors so I paid in full when the installs were complete - this was my mistake, I should have held payment in the doors, which I admit. It is now July 2023 and we still have not had the correct doors installed. Sometimes they respond when we reach out but at this point we just feel like we’re getting the run around. As it has been 11 months since the installation, we have given more than enough time for them to take care of the issue. We are the only ones in this situation who did not get the outcome we hoped for (Varguez got paid, door company got paid, etc. we didn’t get what we wanted or paid for)."

He was industrious and focused on doing a quick and professional installation (we had a front door peephole installed). He brought 3 to choose from (different finishes), and then set about getting it done. Whole thing was bout 35 minutes, he vacuumed up afterwards. I will use these folks again should the need arise."

"On 4/26/2020 I had United Structures perform a moss removal and roof treatment service on my home. The invoice states "Roof treatment is guaranteed for 2 years. Roof treatment can prevent moss growth for up to 3-5 years." Within 1.5 years, I now have moss growing on my roof again. I first attempted to contact Dominic via email ([email protected]) on 1/17/22 to have him come back out & take care of it but received no response. I sent another email on 1/19/22 (to that same email address & to [email protected]) and received no response. I sent another email on 1/26 (using the previous 2 email addresses as well as [email protected]) with no response. I called the number provided on the business card & the number on the invoice with no answer. I then texted both numbers, with no answer. I would like United Structures to refund my initial amount paid or finish the job."
