we have a contract that needs refunded jenci has breached a contract of 5980.00 deposit we were frustrated due to your supply issues was suppose to be installed back in june 2023 then oct 2023, signed contract in march of 2023 kept getting delayed please refund deposit thank you

They were great to work with, but there were minor flaws in the flooring. This was an epoxy floor for a commercial kitchen. Flaws were small imperfections in the color, not substantial.

They certainly know their buisness. They were great to work with from their sales people to the owner. I would highly recomend them to anyone who wants a premium job done. After a few minor scheduling issues because of product availability Specialty Coating was still able to get my project done ahead of schedule and exactly how I wanted it. Great work! Actually having 18inch sample squares we could place on the floor to se color and finish is what sold us over other companies that bid on the project.

Rob, the estimator provided all of the information we need to make a decision and he helped us understand what was possible. McKenzie arrived as expected and completed the projected in a timely and professional manner. The result is that our driveway is much more attractive than the past efforts .

I had my garage completely repainted before they came to do the floor. The floor turned out good, but the walls and the feet of the garage bench were a mess. The work was sloppy. The manager sent a nice lady out who helped to resolve my issues. I repainted part of my garage.

We had our patio resurfaced and stained. All the staff from Rob who presented options to installers and their supervisor who visited the site were knowledgeable and completed the task on time. Everything proceeded as they described it. They returned a final day to add a third coat of stain because installers saw it was needed and supervisor agreed.

Upbeat company. Installers worked hard but lacked professionalism. There was miscommunication about the odor of the product. It was difficult to handle. The company responded quickly to issues with the installation and resolved the issues.

The flooring came out beautiful... looks as I had hoped it would. I wish there was a little extra sealer left behind for touching up though.

I used specialty coatings a couple years back when we remodeled our basement. I was largely completing the remodel on my own and we were in and out of the house for vacations and they worked really well with us. At one point the concrete I put in to cover sewer hadn't dried enough and they pointed it out and rescheduled without penalty or frustration. The diamond grind and stain of the basement looks awesome two years later. We have been very happy with their work.
