They were extremely interested in meeting our specific needs-our explanation in detail was described back to us at each step of the application process. They even pointed out a few flaws that they were willing to adjust based on what we wanted. The TV cable coming underneath the flat screen would be visible and they offered an inexpensive remedy, although we declined. Their concern and genuine interest in making sure we got exactly what we asked for was a breath of fresh air. The were truly interested in making the customer, us happy, that of which was accomplished. We highly recommend this team.

They had trouble with one half of the restore and failed to call me to advise me of the problem even though they had my phone number. I called them to find out if my machine was ready and then learned of the problem. When I did go to pick up my equipment, I discovered that they had NOT setup Outlook. I had to give them additional time. I was not satisfied with the way they conducted themselves. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and I will never use them again.

Best Buy - Salem II are okay. Some of their people are not as knowledgeable as others. I knew more than the person at the counter and he had to go to a manager to get the information needed. I would say that if you didn't feel comfortable with the person at the counter ask for someone else to help you. Sometimes they are an A. When they are busy they are more like a B, but they do try and get you moving.

They were fine.

They have a small office. They did the work efficiently, so I didn't have to reload all my data because they caught it before it failed. It was a reasonable price. There was a warning on my machine and I took it right away. Fortunately, they were able to copy it and put the data on the new hard drive. I paid $105 for the hard drive. I have used them several times before and they have always been efficient, reasonable, and good to work with.

I called their service number 1-888-237-8289 and got connected to someone who insisted on going round and round trying to troubleshoot over the phone even though I distinctly told her my TV had sound but no picture. Then she forwarded me to Panasonic's troubleshooting number and I got someone I couldn't understand. I had to call the Best Buy service number a second time only to be told it would cost $150 for the first 30 mins. of service and $35 for each additional 15 mins. not including parts. Then I was told I couldn't get anyone until 9 days from now.
