The house has LP siding which was still in good shape, but needs additional care to maintain. His crew came and did exactly as described, were professional, cleaned up well, and communicated with me throughout the process. The cost was more than other painter estimates, but the job they did was tremendously better than what I had 10 years ago, and well worth the additional cost. They did extra things like replace/paint weatherstripping that was shot, painted house numbers and light fixtures that made them look like new, painted the cement foundation grey making it look sharp, removed/replaced old caulking, etc. We are very happy with the work done and value for the money. "Carlos and his team did a fantastic job. They are very hard-working and friendly. The entire project took them longer than expected due to tough wallpapers (multiple layers on top of each other) and we had to go above the estimate (both time and cost) due to that but overall, they were clean and professional. They were very careful with masking and made sure that all floors/cabinets/doors/stairs/counters were covered properly. Instead of orange peel, we decided to go with knock-down and they did a really good job. They accommodated all our extra requests as well."

Especially on the wood railings and cabinets that used special skills they did excellent work. The main problem was that his crew always left a little something undone and that it took a lot of time to get them back to finish those items but they did come back and get it done. He was also hard to schedule in the first place he is apparently very busy."

I think they did above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them. I had to tear out my deck this year, and it is clear that the paint crew went under the old deck, in hard to reach places, and completely painted the siding that no one would've seen. However, now that the deck is off the house, and won't be the same footprint as before, it's even more important that I won't have much repainting to do-- only where the old ledger and siding were removed by deck demolition.
