The H/VAC system works beautifully!!!! I have already noticed a significant drop in my electricity bills. "I was told that the plumber would arrive between 11:30 am and 1 PM on 7.3.2019. The actual arrival time was 3 PM. The two plumbers who arrived did not complete the job properly which resulted in a gas company generated warning notice. I contacted AAA and spoke to the owner who agreed to come out and resolve the incomplete job. The owner arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in a few minutes. A bad situation was turned around for the good."

After nearly being “taken” and charged ALOT to just look at the situation, by two other plumbers, Ted examined the pipe, located outside, and declared since it was only slightly bent, he didn,t see a need for any repair...where two others charged me ridiculous fees and one other company wouldn’t,t even give me a copy of the video I had paid for. The other companies said I needed a back hoe, and lots of disruption, a fence torn down, etc, which would have caused me a lot of $$$$$...but Ted was HONEST. He said maybe it would get worse in the future, but right now, he didn,t see any reason to dig it up and “repair” it. Also, the noise I had heard in the pipes, which prompted me to initially call a plumber had disappeared..whatever it had been was gone...I had heard some gurgling in my pipes...but it disappeared..he said it might have been some lint from my washing machine, but it had .washed away with a bit of time. I was STUNNED and delighted by his honesty...and he gave me a reasonable quote...much lower and less invasive than I had received. He is a decent man, not out to screw customers who have little or no knowledge of plumbing."
