Installed new roof 2 years ago and it now leaks. They refuse to call me back after numerous phone calls. My ceiling is now peeling with stains. Guess we will seek legal counsel

Grade F. You DO NOT get what you pay for is also true. They are in breach of contract, did not give us our contract for 11 days and still would not let us use our right to cancel (even though it was their fault) left their trash in our yard (I have told them 3 times to come and get it), did not get HOA approval before they started which is in our contract and we are still trying to fix that mess, did not fix the wood rot, did not anchor our hurricane straps which we paid extra for, now we can't get the reduced home owners insurance rate because of that, they were half way through our roof replacement before we got our county permit. WARNING: Andrew is a great salesman but do not believe him; he told us we would get a free cruise if we let them use our house for advertising, we got a free voucher; it will only cost us $1,000 to use it. Bryce is great at putting out fires until they get the rest of their money, then he is non-existent. When you go with ANY company write down every promise the salesman gives you and MAKE SURE it is in the legal contract because we feel deceived and ripped off.

I had a bath tub to shower complete renovation in one day. HPAâ  s contractor did an excellent job on my renovation. Thanks Cody and team for the customer service. I would recommend using them. Well with the price.

Performed well

I hired them to put a new shingle roof on my home. The work caused damage to my home causing the ceiling of my living room and bed room to partially come down. They were made aware of the damage before they left and they documented it with photos. After 4 days, they have still not responded with a solution to repair the damages caused so I had another roofing company come out to inspect it and I was told the damage causes my home to be unsafe. The brand new roof is sagging and the ceiling could come down in 2 rooms.
