Bryson was very detailed in explaining what would be done. He identified some issues that i did know existed. He gave me his recommendations and let me decide what I wanted. I would call them again.

Bryson, the electrician who performed our work, did an excellent job.

They did a good job. were very professional and fast.

Very responsive company. I wanted to surprise my my wife and was on a tight schedule. From cradle to grave these guys nailed it. With better planning on my part, they probably could have done it same day. I contacted them for quote to install two bath exhaust fans on Friday mid morning. I had estimate Friday afternoon and work was started and completed Monday. Very happy with service, communication and results. I thought price was a little high, but what isnâ t these days! I got what I paid for and Iâ m very happy! Wife is happyâ ¦..happyWife, happy life!

Maybe Iâ m way out of touch but I thought their prices were way over the top. Then had to call back to put in the right color on the switch he installed. Also in both people I interviewed they kept trying to upsell me into the thousands of $$$.

Sean was very nice and he worked hard. He was very knowledgeable. His work was excellent. He checked everything he did multiple times to be sure everything was working as it should. I would definitely use them again if it's needed and I would request Sean.

Will call them again the next time I have a requirement!

My smoke detector was chirping, but the ceiling was so tall that I couldnâ t reach it with my 3-step ladder. The electrician was there in about 45 minutes and completed the change for me at a very reasonable price.

Tech spent the first half of his time going through and looking for additional work to upcharge me. Then charged me over $400.00 for less than one hour's work. I will not recommend this company.

we hired them to fix a socket on our antique floor lamp, which he did. he also was to fix an outlet in the wall that was pushed in, further than it was suppose to be, which he did. however, he was supposed to get my wired ring doorbell working off the transformer and he did not! I previously bought a transformer that was compatible with the ring and he did not even need to install it, because it was already installed. he never even got the wired ring to work and charged us $325, for incomplete work. he claimed that the wire must have broken between our doorbell chime and the doorbell. and of course, we were going to have to pay him more than the $325 he charged us when he quoted what it would cost for everything you work right!!!!! I took the ring off the wall because it had been working off the battery and if he was going to fix it, I wanted it fully charged I could have wired the ring doorbell back on myself since I have done it multiple times and I am 68 year old woman. in fact, I installed it myself, just couldn't get it working off the transformer. he told me it was going to cost me more. I did not dare ask him how much more. after all, we hired him to fix the ring so it would work off the transformer and he did not. it should not have cost is anymore! he is the one that gave us the estimate for everything. my original doorbell had been working until the chime in the house broke. I knew the old chime was broken because it would not ding when they come in the unit was pushed down. that is when I purchased the new inside chime and then we also decided to go with the ring. he is the one that gave me the estimate to fix all 3 but only fixed 2. he said it was going to cost more than $325. I know my husband would not have hired him if he was not going to fix all 3, and was even going to end up charging more, which is exactly what he tried to do, but I was not going to fall for that!!!! if I had known how much he was going to charge from the start, I would have talked my husband out of it, but I was in the bedroom when he gave him a quote him. I do not recommend Mr electric at all!

Jeremy and his crew came out and replaced the exterior fixture within 2 hours of making my appointment. They followed up the next day by coming out and adjusting the light fixture. It shows they take pride in their work. Seemed a bit pricey, but very happy with the work and would recommend.

Service was quick and satisfactory. Fee was paid at time of service.

He was able to come right away, Did a good job. I would certainly use Mr. Electric again.
