"Plumber showed up on time, was professional, performed work properly. Biggest problem was the price. He worked two hours and it was $400.00. This was ALL FOR LABOR. My husband had all the copper tubing and PVC parts so he did not have to provide any parts. My bill actually showed "just labor" and that averaged $200 per hour.

"I was told that the plumber would arrive between 11:30 am and 1 PM on 7.3.2019. The actual arrival time was 3 PM. The two plumbers who arrived did not complete the job properly which resulted in a gas company generated warning notice. I contacted AAA and spoke to the owner who agreed to come out and resolve the incomplete job. The owner arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in a few minutes. A bad situation was turned around for the good."
