"I have never had a better experience. The installers showed up on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They replaced 15 windows and were finished by 3:30. They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding. After nearly being “taken” and charged ALOT to just look at the situation, by two other plumbers, Ted examined the pipe, located outside, and declared since it was only slightly bent, he didn,t see a need for any repair...where two others charged me ridiculous fees and one other company wouldn’t,t even give me a copy of the video I had paid for. The other companies said I needed a back hoe, and lots of disruption, a fence torn down, etc, which would have caused me a lot of $$$$$...but Ted was HONEST. He said maybe it would get worse in the future, but right now, he didn,t see any reason to dig it up and “repair” it. Also, the noise I had heard in the pipes, which prompted me to initially call a plumber had disappeared..whatever it had been was gone...I had heard some gurgling in my pipes...but it disappeared..he said it might have been some lint from my washing machine, but it had .washed away with a bit of time. I was STUNNED and delighted by his honesty...and he gave me a reasonable quote...much lower and less invasive than I had received. He is a decent man, not out to screw customers who have little or no knowledge of plumbing."
