I submitted requests for service from multiple appliance repair companies, but A 1 Professional Appliance was the only one that got back with me. They were on time, cordial, professional, and skilled. He fixed my ice maker and repaired my LG front load washer on the same visit. The total repair cost was significantly less than I had expected to pay per online research I had done in advance. It has been 4 weeks now since the repairs were completed and everything is still working great. I give A1 appliance a rating of 10 out of 10

No they left a mess on my kitchen floor didn’t put the dishwasher back together. And never returned with the parts to fix it and yes I have tried to contact them but they never answer back!
