His work was thorough and he was very informative about what was going on with the repair. My house is 61 years old and the fixtures are probably from the 70s. It was not easy repairing the issue in the bathtub. It seemed at one point I was in for a major repair but James kept at it. He fixed it. The outside faucet was done in minutes and he even told me where I could find certain parts I may need in the future. I would hire Dunrite Plumbing again in a heartbeat and unreservedly recommend them.

After nearly being “taken” and charged ALOT to just look at the situation, by two other plumbers, Ted examined the pipe, located outside, and declared since it was only slightly bent, he didn,t see a need for any repair...where two others charged me ridiculous fees and one other company wouldn’t,t even give me a copy of the video I had paid for. The other companies said I needed a back hoe, and lots of disruption, a fence torn down, etc, which would have caused me a lot of $$$$$...but Ted was HONEST. He said maybe it would get worse in the future, but right now, he didn,t see any reason to dig it up and “repair” it. Also, the noise I had heard in the pipes, which prompted me to initially call a plumber had disappeared..whatever it had been was gone...I had heard some gurgling in my pipes...but it disappeared..he said it might have been some lint from my washing machine, but it had .washed away with a bit of time. I was STUNNED and delighted by his honesty...and he gave me a reasonable quote...much lower and less invasive than I had received. He is a decent man, not out to screw customers who have little or no knowledge of plumbing."
