Heritage Plumbing

When our washing machine would drain, water would back up onto the laundry room floor and into the bathtub.  The service tech arrived on time, he was courteous and friendly. He discovered the washing machine drain was clogged and snaked it out.

Service within 2 hours of calling.

First I was told it would be $90 when I called for the appt... After the work was done I find out it's $150 when they have to get on the roof.  While they were running the snake thru the pipes from the roof, my whole bathroom wall was shaking inside and now I have a water leak in my bath tub that wasn't there before.  Stated I have a break in my sewer line, but could not get a price for repair or replacement... everytime he opened his mouth, the price was different.

We have used & been happy with heritage before.Last year they replaced my water heater & I have & will recommend them.
Not much of a story this time. Just as above. No surprises.

Heritage was on time for a tub install.
Phillip came with a helper and allowed the helper to perform some of the work.
They did a very good job of setting the tub and securing the new shower valve.
We had a small issue with a leak due to the work the helper performed, luckily I noticed the leak before they left and they fixed it.
Another leak developed and I called their office, Phillip returned the same day of the call and made the repair.

The only other issue was lack of hot water throughout the rest of the house because they had blended the hot and cold water at the shower valve as a temporary condition until the drywall is installed.

I called Heritage and Phillip came within the time specified and made the adjustment which fixed the problem.
He did tell me this may occur when he did the initial work but we didn't realize it would effect the whole house
.I plan to use Heritage again in the future.
Phillip and his helper are customer oriented.

Heritage Plumbing was very prompt getting out to my house.  They were very professional.  The plumber that came out listened to me well describe the problem.  He found a great solution and did it very economically.  I was very happy with the service!

Provided estimate a month prior. Stood by the estimate, work was $25 less than quoted. Arrived as promised. Completed same day and cleaned up their mess.

Plumber (1) arrived on time to replace 65 feet of gas line in backyard. Had to tie on to gas line in chase inside house. Ditch was already dug. Fused yellow poly gas line on both ends. Fusing tool was new to plumber and learning curve was slow. If I hadn't assisted him, I don't believe he could have completed the job. The line is in and gas is once again going to my workshop.

I felt like the plumber was satisfied with minimum effort. My faucet's counterweight is "rigged" below the sink with electrical tape. He did not finish the dishwasher installation saying that connecting it to my counter top was the counter top company's job (they were finished and gone). Plumber was pleasant enough, but I feel that I was shortchanged.

THEY SAID I WON'T HAVE TO GET THE TANK EMPTIED AGAIN FOR ANOTHER TEN YEARS, AND I BELIEVE THEM. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB GETTING THE WORK DONE VERY QUICKLY AND DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE. HE DID REALLY FINE WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT HE DID. I THOUGHT THAT HIS PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

I HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. THEY DID NOT OVERCHARGE ME TO COME AND DIDN'T TRY TO CONVINCE ME THAT I NEEDED MORE WORK DONE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE FAST, CONVENIENT, AND FRIENDLY. I REALLY LIKE THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID.
