My name is Gannon C. Mahaffay. I’m the president of Reliance Pest Solutions, a local company with 15 years of experience servicing Oklahoma home owners. The technician arrived right on time, which is great for business...having to wait on someone to do work is not professional.
He was very nice, but talked way too much and didn't focus on doing his job.
He didn't move anything, so he missed a lot of the walls where I had thingsaround the house. We have a storage area under our stairs where we find lots of spiders and he did not even spray that area. :( I was caring for a baby and barking dogs, so I didn't hassle him about doing it...I should have asked him. I should have moved everything away from the walls in all of our rooms, so he could've sprayed. The spray kept spiders away for about 4 months, so we were happy about that.
Looks like it's time for them to come out again and spray!
