**ALERT: AVOID M&M PEST!** As a relative of the owner, I feel compelled to warn others about M&M Pest. While the business appears legitimate, they have a long-standing practice of fraudulently charging customers' credit cards with outrageously high, unauthorized fees—often months after initially billing for legitimate services. They create fake invoices and process these charges, later dismissing them as clerical errors—yet they never return the money. I managed their receivables for eight months and witnessed these deceptive practices firsthand. As of March 2025, the owner has been arrested and is facing felony charges locally. I am the cousin of the owner. He and his wife have defrauded me of $14K and counting. M&M Pest has a practice of defrauding their clients, too. While this business is legitimate, they take advantage of credit card payments, use your cc# to create fake invoices, and then charge your card. They will call you and tell you that it was a clerical error or some other excuse, but they will leave you holding the bag. I managed their receivables for eight months, and they have fraudulently charged 7 of their clients. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with M&M Pests, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Their previous reputation for quality service has plummeted under the new ownership, particularly with Mike. The lack of responsiveness was a major issue, as they seldom answered phone calls and ignored multiple text messages for days. When I followed up, the owner's disrespectful response was shocking and unprofessional. Furthermore, M&M Pests failed to address the rat problem effectively. Despite paying a substantial amount to seal entry points, another company we hired later discovered numerous significant openings that M&M had overlooked. This negligence is inexcusable. During their visit, the M&M Pests representative displayed a disrespectful and rude attitude towards a woman providing information about the pest problem. Such behavior towards women is entirely unacceptable in any customer service interaction. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against hiring M&M Pests. Their declining service quality and disrespectful new ownership are clear red flags. Save yourself the disappointment and seek a more reliable pest control company. You've been informed, and you will regret your decision if you hire this company.

terrible they charge us an enormous fee, did not perform the service and would not refund the overcharge. Having to sue them now. Buyer beware.
