"Jody Ramon and Brian Owens were the lead men and Justin, a supervisor, and Nick Ecker, a salesperson were active members of this team. Cody helped install the 2nd day. Each of these men were more than I could ever expect. They did their part of the process and worked personally to service us as if we were family. They dealt with every concern we had, worked steadily for 2 and 1/2 full days, and left our home in better condition than they found it. The protected our carpets and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We have had an ongoing service relationship with Airco for over 10 years. Jerry Evans, I believe his name is, now services our HVAC on a twice a year contract we have with you. Chris and Jerry are local Sand Springs residents and have really done our work well over the time period we have used Airco. But, this week with the men mentioned above has just been super!! They did everything and more than was ever promised. So far, we are really please with this big upgrade. For us, it was an extremely major decision and it went so well, thanks to this team that came together on our project!! We are so very grateful!!"
