"Everything went very well.  After repairing area around drain release handle that had totally rusted out, Thana observed that because of the excessive humidity and possibility of rain that afternoon, she recommended waiting until the following morning to refinish tub.  Refinishing requires that the window  remain open for several hours after process in order to dry.  She came back next morning and quickly finished up.

"I called on Wednesday morning and Buddy said they could be out that afternoon to repair the leak they'd missed as well as install the bathtub spout. I told him the repairs were so minor that we could wait until Thursday. He said Thursday afternoon would be fine and they would be at my house around 3pm. He assured me he would call before they headed our way. No call, no show on Thursday, not even a courtesy call. I assumed they forgot about me so I called Friday morning and asked. He said that they had not forgotten but just got "too busy." He said they could come out Friday afternoon and that he would call to let me know they were on the way. They showed up at 3pm without any warning. Luckily, I was working from home and was here to let them in.Clearly, the responsiveness I experienced on the first repair is not as consistent as I originally imagined. It took them approximately an half-an-hour to complete the project and, so far, it is working as expected.On the positive side, both the plumber and his assistant again were very efficient and friendly.Also, they only charged me for half a service call, which I imagine is unheard of in the plumbing business, and he was even polite enough to ask if the $45 was acceptable to me! Kudos on the customer service."

"Jody Ramon and Brian Owens were the lead men and Justin, a supervisor, and Nick Ecker, a salesperson were active members of this team. Cody helped install the 2nd day. Each of these men were more than I could ever expect. They did their part of the process and worked personally to service us as if we were family. They dealt with every concern we had, worked steadily for 2 and 1/2 full days, and left our home in better condition than they found it. The protected our carpets and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We have had an ongoing service relationship with Airco for over 10 years. So far, every person Airco has ever sent us has really serviced us outstandingly well. However, this removal and installation was over the top!! We really are pleased. The final chapter of the process will be schedule for next Wednesday when the Airco technician and the Sand Springs code inspector makes their final visit. Be sure to note that Jody and Brian have to be 2 of your very best crew members. Chris Holmes was our service man for several years but he now is doing commercial accounts for Airco. Jerry Evans, I believe his name is, now services our HVAC on a twice a year contract we have with you. Chris and Jerry are local Sand Springs residents and have really done our work well over the time period we have used Airco. But, this week with the men mentioned above has just been super!! They did everything and more than was ever promised. So far, we are really please with this big upgrade. For us, it was an extremely major decision and it went so well, thanks to this team that came together on our project!! We are so very grateful!!"

The estimate was well within my budget, but Marcie didn't have a 10' ladder on her truck, which she would need since the fans were on cathedral ceilings. We agreed to installation the following week. "The day after my living room ceiling collapsed (in July 2015) Ryan and Adam of Sooner State Home Repair arrived to cover the gaping hole in the ceiling with a large sheet of plastic and to help me contact my insurance company. Adam met with the adjuster in order to assist with his evaluation of the damage. Sooner State made follow up telephone calls to my insurance company after the adjuster submitted his report in order to insure that all repairs were covered. Because of all the dust and fiberglass that were generated by the collapsed ceiling, the crew thoroughly cleaned the room and covered all items that could not be removed before reconstruction could begin. All doors and walls were covered as well. Two attic rafters had to be framed before drywall and insulation could be installed.  Once the living room was completed, the crew covered everything in the kitchen before dropping the ceiling in order to prepare for its replacement. (Note: both the insurance adjuster and my contractors agreed that a slight bulge in the kitchen ceiling drywall indicated that it was due for replacement.) After the kitchen ceiling drywall and insulation were installed, both ceilings were painted, a new ceiling fan was installed in the living room and 5 pot lights were added to the kitchen ceiling. A few days later, my air ducts were professionally cleaned. Finally at least 5 hours were spent thoroughly cleaning both rooms. I can honestly say that my house has never looked better! Everything this construction crew did (drywall, insulation, painting, electrical, framing, cleaning) was done with expertise and professionalism ."

"My wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the work David Richardson performed for us. David is a true master craftsman. 
He removed the old tub, and stripped the tub area down to the bare studs. Next, David chipped out an area of the slab and moved the drain to the middle of the shower floor and built the shower base.  He then installed new green board, tiled the entire unit, and installed the new fixtures; shower head, faucet, and handicap bars.
The job took several days. At the end of each day, David cleared the area of any debris and left the area as neat as possible. He did not leave tools or supplies in the bathroom overnight. We had full use of the bathroom in the evenings.  All work was completed within the time period and for the price as given on the statement of work David provided us before work began.
We couldn't be more pleased with the shower David built for us and will certainly call him first for any other tile work we have done. We found David polite, personable, and above all, professional at all times.
