It went absolutely amazing! I cannot express enough just how professional and helpful Mike is! He helped me over the phone when I first called and walked me through specific things about our HVAC system, He gave us an exact and very fair quote for repair and replacement and he was on time and got us back up and running so quickly. He is just so knowledgeable and respectful and we had a great experience with him fixing our system and I highly recommend giving him a call if you are having trouble with your HVAC system.

The water heater was working intermittently and the tech troubleshooter the issue correctly, order parts for warranty service and resolved issue when parts arrived in a timely manner. Will used them for all plumbing and hvac issues in the future! Excellent service!

Mike was really just phenomenal. He was patient with our situation and helped us throughout the entire process. He was upfront and honest and was also understating of our situation. He (and I believe his son) worked hard all day. They got us back to having great airflow in our house! I could not recommend anyone better.

Comfort Concepts was already booked for the entire day, but they managed to squeeze both the estimate process and repair process in between other customers. Even though they were so busy, they made time for us. It was fantastic. It was only about six hours between when we called them and when our entire motor had been replaced. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Comfort concepts came out twice for us for two different repairs. We were given the number by our home warranty company. Mike was so professional and always answered when we called or promptly returned our call. We had to have a part ordered in and the minute it arrived Mike was out to service our unit. I never felt like he was trying to find extra things wrong to make money and I felt like he tried his best to advise me what to do. We debated paying a weekend rate our warranty didn't cover and Mike advised me it more than likely was a new problem due to how quickly our unit went down. This helped us make our decision to just stay in a hotel until Monday. (It was 107 outside). We saved money doing this and our kids had fun. Courteous, professional, we could not have asked for more.

Tech was right on time and quickly found we had a bad blower motor. They quoted me to replace the motor and had the part on hand. I went ahead and had the motor replaced. They informed me the burners were in bad condition and recommended that we think about replacing the unit.
I was thankful to get the unit up and running and will think about the replacement. I was very happy with the promptness and the care they took to make sure I understood everything they were doing and how it all related to the operation of the system.

We are very happy with our decision to have Comfort Concepts replace our system. Mike came out and found that our compressor was shorted. He gave us several options and we decided to go ahead and replace the entire heat and air system due to it's age. Mike and his assistant were very punctual and arrived exactly when he said to start replacing the unit. They were here all day to replace all of the equipment and were very professional and courteous the whole time. When they were finished they cleaned up everything leaving the garage looking better than it did when they arrived. Mike took the time to explain the operation of the new unit and how to operate the new thermostat. Mike was very polite and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. We do not plan on having to do this again for a very long time but when we do we will be sure to call Comfort Concepts and they will certainly be doing all of our service work from now on.
