Aaron serviced our house.  He called prior to arrival and showed up early, which was nice.  He was kind, courteous and patient while he listened to me explain our recent spider experiences.  He confirmed the type of spider we were seeing and educated me on the nature of the spider and what to do to help prevent pests from being attracted to our house.

"I'm excited everything was negative.  Then they put out chemicals for prevention.  This is a year contract.  We discussed the next contract for pest control.  There was ice on the ground, so I wanted to wait until the ground was thawed to put out chemicals.  We haven't connected yet to do this."
