The slab leak is fixed and I kinda feel like a big winner. They only had to reroute about 6 feet to bypass the leak under the slab. Got some sheetrock holes in the guest bedroom, but they are out of sight under sink cabinets and can be patched. The personal service, quality work, and price were exceptional - IMO. Bob Usry & Sons Plumbing have a new client! They stayed hooked up and everything was done in less than 2 days + avoided the jack hammer!

Very pleasant experience. The specialist arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He performed the work quickly and even provided some tips as to how to prevent similar problems in the future. Highly recommended.

We have used these guys multiple times for plumbing issues and for when we were remodeling. They are fantastic. The guys are on time, professional, don't find things that aren't wrong and then charge for them. We really like this company and will continue to use them in the future.

The pricing was reasonable. Mr. Usry, the man who owns the company, he is really easy to get in touch with and to talk to and that's important. I would recommend them because of their availability as well. Their pricing is in competition with everybody else. They put their booties on when they came in.

This company does great work and is very responsive to getting to the work quickly. My only complaint is they have a 39.99 Service Fee to just come out. Then I thought the price was a little high for running a snake 30ft down a line and done. The overall cost was 239.99 which seemed a little high. Bob has a straight forward price list but it appears they pick and choose the the items to match the work. The item chose for the work prefromed performed for me didnt seem to correspond to the work done. I should have ask the question at the time but I didn't really read it over that closely. Don't get me wrong this is a great company and I will use them again. Just if you do use them ask the question on the pricing.

We have an older home and they've been able to respond whenever we call them. Their cost seems high to me.

They couldn't come the first day they said but it was a quick little thing they needed to do. It was a little expensive for what little time they were here. The guy wasn't here for 10 minutes. Their price was a little high for the time spent. He came on a Saturday instead of a Friday. I called another plumber that was more reasonable and he called me back when these people were supposed to be here in an hour. I wish I had used him because I've used him before.

I do feel the repariman knew all about the faucet and how to install the o-rings and parts. I had to press him to replace the shower control valve because the leak presisted. He did repalce the valve and the leaks have stopped! All is well with my faucets. The price of the repair was difficult for this retired person on a fixed income.

They did fine. Many years ago, my son was interested in plumbing and He got a reputation with the people because they would come for the problem sticks and They would bring him plumbing gifts. They're competent and personable as well.

The man who ran the camera to diagnose the problem was very courteous, informative, careful, and thougtful. He found that where the drain line ran about forty feet from the west to the east side of the house, it was flat and even "bellied" (low in the middle), rather than sloping downhill. He and I thoroughly discussed ways to solve the problem, then one of the owners come out and discussed it, and then he had the senior owner come out and discuss it as well to make sure they weren't overlooking any issues. They really thought through everything very carefully, and came up with a great plan to use a horizontal drilling contractor to run a second drain from under the west end of the house out to the sewer main, and cap off and leave unused the forty-foot section of drain that was flat, while leaving the east end of the house on the old drain (which was fine from the east end out to the sewer main). It was a very carefully made plan, and I admire their expertise and thoughtfulness. But there were two drawbacks. First, the younger owner, Bobby Usry, did not listen very well; he spoke a mile a minute, constantly talking about how trustworthy and careful they would be to avoid problems, and how if they broke anything THEY would make it right; but I could hardly get a word in edgewise to ask a question or make a suggestion. Then the estimate he gave us was for $9700, not including pouring the new concrete to fill the small holes they would make inside, and it came loaded with disclaimers about how if anything broke WE would have to pay to have it fixed. I asked him to rebid it without the horizontal drilling company, using old-fashioned digging, but he never did. I could not figure how this job could really cost $10,000, and all the fast talk I was getting left me with the impression (perhaps inaccurate) that he might possibly (I certainly don't know this for sure) see me as an easy target and might be inflating the price tremendously. So we postponed the work, and several months later got a bid from a different plumber who did the work for just $3700, not counting sprikler repairs and reinstallation of the deck, which we agreed to have done separately. Now, the sprikler repairs and deck repair will not be cheap, but still, we could get an entirely new deck and still come in well under Bob Usry's bid. I will would not consider using Bob Usry again unless I had a highly complex project that required their obviously high level of expertise and thoughtfulness, and was willing to pay a very high price for it. Even then, I would hesitate, because I would have this funny feeling that I might not be treated fairly. I certainly don't know that's the case; it's just that they failed to inspire confidence in their business practices, even though they inspired a great deal of confidence in their expertise.

When they come out to do a job they do fantastic work. They have done several jobs for us and are always professional. I've been very impressed with how they treat their employees. They really care for their customers and employees. There prices aren't the most expensive and they are not the least, however, they get the work done quickly and properly. There work is exceptional.

They provided a free estimate. Their estimate ended up being the lowest which sort of surprised me since they are a larger local outfit. There was a difference of at least $100 between their estimate and other estimates. They were fairly prompt in responding to my call and gave me the estimate. I think one of the sons came out and did the estimate. He was not the one who actually ended up doing the work. He talked to me for a fair amount of time about what they intended to do and how they were going to do. He told me about what he saw happening. Whatever they did seems to work. The work didn’t start when they thought they would start but it was finished before they thought they would finish. However, everything was within the range of what they said. I was really happy with them. Many people came out to do different things. All of them were courteous with the exception of one guy since it was his first day. He wasn’t one of the plumbers. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

When I initially called to set up an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and gave me an accurate estimate of the costs. The technician (Richard) was very friendly and helpful. He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He explained to me what he was going to have to do to fix it and he worked hard the whole time he was there.

I would give them D's or F's for everything. They did show up on time. I will say that. But the advice that they gave was just not realistic, as when my whole family is here and everything is being used, the odor is still terrible.
