"Hired Louis to remove 3 medium stumps. We agreed to 800am and he was here promptly. His equipment had issues after removing the 1st stump, he worked for hours to fix it, in the horrible heat. He finally gave up around 3pm, seeing He needed a replacement part. He returned the next morning with equipment fixed and ready to work. Louis is super polite, super reliable, a great worker. I would hire him again."
