The KC Trees & Construct crew did a great job trimming my damaged pecan tree. We thought we might lose it due to the ice last October. He trimmed about a third of the tree to promote new growth. Since Anthony is an arborist, he knew exactly what was best for the tree to thrive. The team was very professional and courteous. My husband and I were both surprised at the great cleanup effort. I would definitely recommend him.

Pricey but had equipment to do good job

Five months post-storm, the tree service we normally used seemed unable to get to our job, so we got three estimates from providers on Angie's List. We will not go back to our former provider. From now on, KC Trees will get all our business. KC Trees & Construct was the highest estimate, but Anthony, the owner, also was the most thorough and knowledgeable and gave us the most complete (and only written) estimate. He spent a lot of time during the initial consultation studying each tree in our yard (there are a lot) and determining which ones were healthy enough to save, which ones weren't, and how he would shape the trees that didn't need removal. Before starting his own business, he spent years working for the company that trims trees for the city, so he knows how to get the job done efficiently and properly. He is clearly a tree lover, who has an eye for aesthetics. He also has his own bucket truck and chipper, so there is no waiting for rental equipment to become available. In three days, we went from a yard full of jagged, ugly, sad, maimed trees to neat, shapely (as much as possible after major damage), crisply and properly cut trees. Anthony and his crew were friendly and courteous and clearly knew their designated jobs. The cleanup was thorough. Anthony spent the whole time here with his crew, carefully considering how to trim each tree and directing each cutting. We interacted with him frequently, and he carefully explained his reasoning and honored our decisions. We were also impressed with the way he treated his crew, guiding them firmly and respectfully. At his recommendation, in two years, after the damaged trees that were saved have time to recover, we will have Anthony back to further shape them. Highly recommend.

Gave prompt estimate and scheduling. Excellent equipment and service to remove large limbs safely and cleaned up all of the mess. Constantly requested feedback on their work and ensured our satisfaction. Very easy to work with and one of the best contractors we’ve had.

It went great. These guys are very careful so as not to injure anything in your yard. They really know what they’re doing. I am happy to highly recommend them.

They were fantastic! The crew showed up on time (a little early, actually). Anthony said it could take up to 1/2 day, but they were done in about 2.5 hours. They trimmed a large, old tree away from our roof. I asked if we could keep some of it for firewood. They not only cut it to our preferred size, but they stacked it neatly for us and split a few other pieces from one of their previous jobs for us to have - all at no extra charge! They cleaned up after the job completely. We are VERY pleased and would recommend KC to anyone.

They trimmed all the trees I asked them to and made a good path. They were fast and thorough. I will definitely keep their number for future work.

The service was excellent. They arrived the same day that I called and gave me an estimate. They showed up at the exact time they scheduled. The work they performed was a bit tricky, but KC Trees accomplished the tasks perfectly. I can now start reclaiming my yard. I highly recommend them.

It went great! Wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable about what we needed done. Came out and reviewed the job and gave us the cost which was competitive. I was more comfortable using KC as opposed to others we visited with. I will definitely use them again.
