"I just moved into a house with a ventless gas fireplace. I’ve never had one before and didn’t know anything about them or the operation of them. I got it going in the fall and have been running it regularly. It was making a funny hissing noise so I turned everything off and shut the pilot light off. Then later I could not get it going. Zane came out and cleaned it and repositioned the logs. The problem I was having was total operator error. However, I’m very glad I had him come because I had no idea they needed to be cleaned and the logs were also positioned incorrectly. Zane did a brief tutorial for me and took care of everything very quickly and professionally."
