"The team was great. Very professional and respectful. They did what I was trying to do (and failing) in minutes. They even replaced a failed component on the new hot water heater that I purchased elsewhere, Becuase of the failed component, that’s what took most of their time, otherwise the work was quick and professional. "Our ventless gas fireplace stopped working and Doug found the parts to make it work again. I think the price of the service was fair as a new setup can be pretty costly. I will definitely use them again if needed."
