"The team was great. Very professional and respectful. They did what I was trying to do (and failing) in minutes. They even replaced a failed component on the new hot water heater that I purchased elsewhere, Becuase of the failed component, that’s what took most of their time, otherwise the work was quick and professional. "This was for safety/maintenance of a long unused gas fireplace. Although pricey, he was knowledgeable, informative, courteous and a one year guaranty was included. So the next time we lose power, I will feel safe using the fireplace for heat."
