"This was for safety/maintenance of a long unused gas fireplace. Although pricey, he was knowledgeable, informative, courteous and a one year guaranty was included. So the next time we lose power, I will feel safe using the fireplace for heat."

"He inspected everything and left me a list of recommendations to be performed on the top of the chimney that included sealing it and installing a cap. Chimney was in good shape.
