"Our ventless gas fireplace stopped working and Doug found the parts to make it work again. I think the price of the service was fair as a new setup can be pretty costly. I will definitely use them again if needed."

"They said the chimney was mortared over at the top of the fire box with just a small opening for ventilation ( the fireplace is not wood burning, Has a gas log). But no attempt was made to clean the area above the fire box. They said it didn't need it. (?????)."

"They came out once to add freon to my very old system. They encouraged me to replace it and I knew it needed it but we decided to wait. A couple months later, they called with a great deal and we decided to go for it. They came out the next day! The guys were efficient and thorough. The new system has been in place for three months now and I am very pleased with their work and my new system."
