"After I made an appointment, I nearly cancelled after I was shown the other reviews. But based on a friends experience, I went ahead and took a chance on Rick and his team at ER Services. I dont know what was going on with him in 2014 when they were written but Rick will be back again and again at this house. I had purchased the wrong size microwave and my fence had fallen down in a section of the property (the post had broke). Rick's crew came out and replaced the post and a section of fence without me having to take off work, they cleaned up after themselves, and the repair looked perfect. Rick and I worked out a time for him to come out at a later day to hang my microwave. Since the microwave was taller than the one it replaced, other people were telling me to drilled into my tile.. which was something I was not comfortable with. Rick showed up with help, on time, and worked through the process of hanging a microwave that was bigger than it should have been for that spot. I mentioned that I also needed a hose hanger mounted outside, and he asked if I would like him to do that. Sure! His work was impeccable, his manners were on point, and his prices were very fair. Thank you ER Services. (I should have mention he went and bought all the supplies and hauled them to my house)."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
