Everything went very very well and I am very pleased. After the grill was installed a few of the knobs came off, and they came out to repair them at no additional charge.

They showed me the various grills. They recommended a particular Weber; not the highest priced one which I find interesting because they said the lower priced one would meet the need. They checked, had it in stock, saved it a couple of weeks then delivered it on the appointed day; which was last Friday.
