They were really nice people - the whole team - and willing to lift, move - whatever we asked they were happy to do, including taking off their shoes before bringing boxes up or down the stairs. They also did a great job packing the POD. I am sure it will arrive with everything in good shape.

It was awesome. They did a great job. No damage to my house or furniture except 2 issues: 1. They lost the screws of my tv stand - They resolved it promptly by replacing them with new ones. 2. One of my faux leather couch got one small tear - They not only fix that tear also they fixed two other previous hole. The couch looks brand new all over again! I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Don’t even bother calling them. They will carelessly move your things, chip your dining room table, break the legs off your tv speaker, put holes in the doors of your brand new house, and then tell you it’s not covered by them. Then they will send out a guy that will promise to have someone fix it but you will never hear from them again.

Overall really well. There was a miscommunication on the date so when we were eagerly awaiting their arrival at 8am on the move day, no one was there. After 20 minutes or so, I called to check and as soon as the problem was discovered, they located a team who could get to us in just an hour or so. So while we had a delay, the crew of three strong guys (two mostly muscle guys and a supervisor) they really got things underway quickly. They were cheerful, helpful and made moving so much easier than doing it on our own. We'd only ever moved ourselves in the past but never again!

It seemed good until I was told I was looking at paying another $350 plus for this move, I already paid the $308.00 for 2 hours plus their mandatory 1 hour transport time. It was only 8 miles away from my current location but had to pay a full hour price for the 15 minute drive. I can't afford to pay over $650 for my small move. This was said before they ever came to the house. That told me It was pretty much expected to cost a lot more. It may be a great company if you can afford it.

I personally explained all our charges to you prior to you booking your move and explained to you at length that your move would be more then our special and told you what our rates would be after the 2 hours of moving and the travel time. The travel time is also explained to you in the Angie's List coupon before you ever purchase it. I also did explain that your move would cost more based off of the inventory you gave me. You understood that at the time that you booked. I do not feel that we deserve the Grade of D since all this was explained to you and your complaint was not actually the service or the workmanship of the movers. I will be happy to discuss your move with you and see if we can come up with a solution to the expense of your move."
