I personally explained all our charges to you prior to you booking your move and explained to you at length that your move would be more then our special and told you what our rates would be after the 2 hours of moving and the travel time. The travel time is also explained to you in the Angie's List coupon before you ever purchase it. I also did explain that your move would cost more based off of the inventory you gave me. You understood that at the time that you booked. I do not feel that we deserve the Grade of D since all this was explained to you and your complaint was not actually the service or the workmanship of the movers. I will be happy to discuss your move with you and see if we can come up with a solution to the expense of your move."

"We are very sorry that you were not happy with your job. I do not have record that you had lost any hardware to your bed. It may have been an over site on our part. Normally when we have that issue, we send someone out to fix the problem. I do not know why we let you slip through the cracks but I do apologize. As for the 2 trucks, we did an in-home survey and estimated your job to cost $2370. The actual cost of your job was only $1460. By having the additional movers there, it helped you save money instead of cost you more money. If you would like to let us know the cost of your hardware, we sure would be happy to reimburse you."
