I been very happy with them. No complaints.

The technician, Patrick, is a very good guy. All the questions I had he answered them spot-on for me.

The technician was really friendly and professional. He explained everything to me. He took his time and made sure I understood everything that was being done. He replaced the parts it needed and made sure it was working right. I will hire them again if needed.

They guy told us the wrong thing.I found them in the phone book. The interaction was fine. They said the whole things the whole heating and air needed to be replaced and it didn't. They came out after hours.

That is hard. Everything cost more than you want it to. The part was awfully expensive. That is not their fault, parts cost what they cost.

It was very good. They are prompt and thorough.

They did help me put it in though I probably could have done it myself. The service call should have been $89. My bill was 200. So I guess I paid them over $100 to install my thermostat. It took 10 minutes.

It literally couldn't have gone better.

We did not get charged for this service. We owned our home for less than one year, the home builder that we bought it from covered the charges. They came out and fixed everything rather quickly. The air conditioning worked just fine after it was fixed. If I still lived in the area, I would use them again.

The guy was out here same day 9:30 at night fixing the AC. It was the same charge as if he was out at 9:30am. I suspect I pay a little more than most places to support that business model. You are going to have to roll it all in to make a little more in the day and make a little less at night. A lot of other places would be charging time and a half or double charge. There model is if we are going to be doing this type of service and this is the charge we are going to be doing for it. I pay more for the convenience. I am very happy. It is there it worked and they haven't come back to fix it. It is on the inside and it works. I am happy.

The charge the same rate 24 hours a day. You pay a little bit more because to have your people on call you have to treat them right and talking to the people the company does. I buy into a service that gives you priority for coming out. If you call  and say it is 95 outside and 98 inside you get priority there. Also the heater check up and the AC check up at the appropriate times of the year. I've been very happy with the people coming out.  They have done good stuff. I'd spent a week up in Kent, WA trying to fiddle with my remote thermostat to control my house temperature. I got back late on a Friday night. I was able to set things up with them from Kent and they were able to come out on Saturday to get things fixed. I'm a very happy customer.

Great! This is actually a multiple service review for various services I have received over the past few years. I had a new heater and a/c system installed in 2013 and also purchased the maintenance package. Every time one of the techs come out, they are punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about the equipment. They make suggestions and tips. The office staff who answers the phone are all very cheerful and professional. A+ overall for this company and its employees.

I've had many tuneups, this is the best one I had.

They did an excellent job for me! The ladies, Jennifer and Nancy were wonderful on the phone, Kye came to the phone himself and gave me valuable information and advise, and Sean arrived when scheduled (which was quick) and did an excellent job with the installation. There were some challenges getting the new unit in but the workmen came out several times until everything was working correctly. We could not be happier with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the employees, the honesty of the company, and the manner in which everything was handled until we were satisfied. They will do whatever it takes to "make everything right". We highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Went well. He gave a few recommendations that our return air vents need to be increased. Also recommended that we haver the blower wheel looked at/replaced due to bad fins and vibration. Tech made it a point to take me up and show the problem. Disappointed to see though that the fins of the A/C were not straightened out, though.

Great! We have a regular monthly payment that gets us 2 inspections per year. The contract also gives you discounts on repairs, which our old system needed several times. Finally we decided to replace our old HVAC system. We contacted them in May which happened to be their slow time. Since their crews weren't busy, the owner gave us a discount because we agreed to have the systems installed the next day. They installed 2 complete HVAC systems for $17,000. Two months after the installation, during the hottest weather so far, we developed a leak. We called & they came out the very next morning. Turned out a condensation drain was not properly aligned. Of course, there was no charge because we were still under their warranty. They fixed the problem quickly & efficiently. There will even fix the drywall where the leak came through the ceiling & match the paint. I think the mark of a good company is not only how they handle your business the first time, but more importantly how they take responsibility to fix a problem.
