Rigid Construction was recommend to us because they go above and beyond. Justin has been phenomenal. Dealing with insurance companies can be a hassle and Justin has made the process so smooth. Insurance tried to only replace part of the roof. But Justin knew we deserved more. He requested a second inspection and dealt with the inspectors and adjusters for us. He knows what he is talking about and makes sure you get what you deserve.

Once again, Ridgid ti the rescue! Justin is so knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. His expertise in dealing with our insurance company was invaluable. Until justin did an inspection, we had no idea how much damage our insurance adjuster had missed or neglected to document. Ridgid took care of all our repairs which made the whole experience seamless. Daniel in the office is extremely helpful and efficient. All crews were on time and did excellent work. This is our second time using them and will be our go to contractor in the future.

We will never do another home project with anyone but Justin and Ridgid Construction! After a super experience with getting our roof replaced in 2020, Justin has handled several things for us (roofing, painting, caulking, chimney repair, inspection, bathtub resurfacing) and has gone above and beyond every time. They did a great job. Justin and his team have high standards as regard to the quality of their work. Justin spent a lot of time searching for the best quality of materials with reasonable price. My house was built in 1989 and the bathroom sinks and bath tubs look old and yellowish but I don’t have the fund to replace them. Justin did some research and found a re-surfacing company and had them re-coated. The quality is good and durable, and the price is affordable! I am very grateful.

They were amazing to work with from start to finish! They have done several projects for me over the past 5 years. They communicate well, pay attention to detail, and advocate with insurors to get the project done right. The latest project took a while to finish, due to Covid supply chain issues, but was done well. I will continue to use them.
