"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"

"Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

Today is November 13 - have not heard anything from the service man. His phone isn?t taking messages. We are not happy campers!"

"Water heater broke and needed fixed ASAP. Enoch and his team were out early the next day. They were quick and stuck to the quote they gave over the phone which was honestly a surprise compared to most other plumbers I’ve worked with in the past. They also were great throughout the whole process communicating on arrival and what work they did throughout installation. Hot water is working great. "Outstanding working with company. Replaced siding with improved hardy board. Company found improper build from original builder. This contractor able to repair and replace where needed as well as worked with me on paying for the additional work. My wife and I don’t have much of an artistic eye but Michelle was able to use her computer magic to allow us to see mock ups using different colors as well as what our addition will look like. Yes company put up a gorgeous carport and addition to existing pavilion. Company does rain gutters as well. A one stop shop which I prefer instead of having multiple contractors. Great family feel when working with owners and staff. Company worked from sun up until sun down only missing obvious rain delays attempted several time to work in between rain. You won’t be disappointed with work. Truly company takes pride in there work as if it was there own. With that I will leave this. Company fully trustworthy and will call them again. "
