We used Burnett Home Improvement to convert a jacuzzi tub to a luxury walk-in shower. The sales representative, David Stackable, was very polite and knowledgeable. His presentation showed us the high quality of the products to be installed. The work crew were professional and prompt. All concerns were met immediately and the workers were cordial. The finished product of tub to luxury walk-in shower is beautiful!

First, let me state that I believe Burnett to be a good company. When the right crews are doing the work, I believe their finished product to be satisfying to the customer. I do not like writing a review that is unsatisfactory and I am normally very easy to please as a customer. I was apprehensive in who to choose for installing siding on my home. I gave it a lot of thought and decided to go with Burnett due to positive reviews. I knew I was going to be spending more money to go with Burnett but it was important for me to have the assurance of quality work performed. On the third day of the installation, I found out on my own investigating that the installers put in my vented soffit over my existing wood without opening up any holes to vent to the attic. When I asked the installer what they do to vent the air, he told me “we cut out holes in the wood.” I then asked him why he didn't do that on my home. He said nothing. At this point, I contacted the sales manager I had been working with. I told him that I had issues with the siding installation. He was unfortunately ill so he could not assist. However, he did say he would refer this matter to another employee. I waited over 24 hours and received no contact from Burnett. Meanwhile, the questionable installation was still being performed. I then contacted Burnett again and finally received correspondence back. I was told they would remove the first crew and bring in a second. The sales manager apologized for being out of work and mentioned that he would have been on site several times to check their work and speak with me. The second crew was like night and day. They were very professional, quick in their work all the meanwhile maintaining quality. They took off the fascia of other parts of the house and vented the attic in which the first crew did not do. After they were finished, the gutter install was scheduled. This third crew was fantastic and friendly and did a great job. My main issue outside of the first crew, was a communication deficit on the part of Burnett. Although I understood that the sales manager was ill for a while, I never received another phone call from the sales manager ever again. The last time we spoke, was when he told me he was getting another crew to my home. He could have called me while the second crew was on site and asked if the install was any better. I had to make all the efforts to have any semblance of communication. The only contact I had was with the on site crews. Clean-up issues were really never my concern as I realize you will find pieces from the installation scattered around your home no matter what the effort. However, I had to spend about 3 hours picking up large pieces of old guttering, large cardboard boxes, many cigarette butts and a large amount of fragmented aluminum trim. I shouldn't have had to make such an effort to get communication from Burnett to address installation concerns. I also did not see any managers stop by during the installation process. Hopefully, my install was not what is typical from Burnett and I would say that if anyone goes with them, the odds are good you will be satisfied with hiring them, just as long as they solve their communication problems during the installation as well as after. I had planned on them coming out to do some exterior doors, but after this job I will not go with them again.

It went fine. I was told it would take one day but it took two days. The color match was perfect and looks great. The higher price for the leaf proof guttering was well worth it. I doubt that it can be beat at any price. I won't be on a ladder cleaning gutters anymore.

We have had Burnett Windows & Siding replace all 22 of our windows, our siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Siding and our gutters with K-Guard Seamless guttering. I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company's with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. Burnett will let you get any of the work that you want done in phases to fit your budget. They don't try to strong arm you into doing it all at once. After getting the new windows and siding we don't really hear the strange noises from the airport or the train tracks in the middle of the night. We LOVE all the improvements that Burnett made for us. If you ever have a problem or question during or after the install, they are only a phone call away. The only one in the family that doesn't care for the new windows is our old cat. She sits in the window to bake in the sun, but no longer can feel the extra heat, so she is puzzled by where Mister Sunshine went.

They were nice as they could be. They told me how much it was going to be and I was mortified and embarrassed that I didn't know how much it was. I was like, "Okay. Sorry, I can't do that for a couple of years." They were very nice the whole time. They were very responsive. The only reason I went to them was because they were rated so highly.

We were very pleased! They were very easy to work with, very pleasant. As a matter of fact, I still see the first guy I had contact with and he still says hi to me when he sees me. They had the siding on in two days and did the windows about a month alter. It only took them one day to put the windows in. One of the windows was shipped incorrectly and they made everything right, they were wonderful! They double checked every single question we had. They are GREAT! The manager, Pat, is a pleasure. He came out on the last night to inspect the work. No complaints about them. They were honest about their pricing and that we could find someone cheaper but that they do the best work, they were right. The workers were so much fun. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Everything was first class. From the initial visit to completion of installation. Mr. Stackable visited several weeks ago and talked to us about the windows we wanted replaced. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a quote and acknowledged that it could be as much as 6 weeks until installation due to their busy schedule. Today's installation was about 4 weeks from then instead of 6. We were very pleased! About a week after Mr. Stackable's visit they had their guy come over and do a measurement. Everyone we talked to, either on the phone or in person, was professional and pleasant. Today the installers arrived when promised and set to work immediately. They did a great job and the clean up was great also. We definitely plan to use this company for more window replacement in the future.

They did a fabulous job. The prices were very reasonable. They cleaned up the worksite; they left everything neat. The windows are very easy to clean; I love them. The crew even came early to start work. They were able to complete the job in about half a day. We were really impressed with their professionalism; I can't say enough good things about them. They even called back a few months later to make sure we were still happy with the windows.
