There was originally an issue with a difference between what I was quoted on the phone and charged upon completion. However, Brian reached out and fixed it. The work was completed quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service!! Heater went out on the coldest day on record in years (wind chill was frigid). They were here in 45 minutes and easily fixed the problem. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for heating and air conditioning problems! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The technician Mike is here installing a unit, during install we had a issue arise with a vent. He said he was waiting to hear back from his supervisor Buckey, at 1pm (they arrived at 7am) he tells me he “probably won’t get to that today because he hadn’t heard back from Buckey. He was very rude. I asked him to call him again and he said no. So I called the office and they got me in touch with Buckey. Immediately he was condescending and rude, even laughed numerous times during our conversation. I told him I’d rather speak to his supervisor since he clearly thought this was funny. I asked for his number and he said “look it up yourself, I’m not giving it to you!” The installation technicians got into a verbal argument in my front yard with men who were installing new windows in my house at the same time. The argument was so bad we had to go outside and break it up. Completely unprofessional… oh did I mention the 10,000 HVAC unit was paid for in full. So I guess this is the customer service you get when you pay in full upfront. Absolutely the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. Never again!

Keith has maintained our HVAC system for years. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We trust him to advise us and enjoy our relationship with him and Air Solutions. His care of our system has extended its life expectancy.

When Dean came out, he was professional & did a thorough inspection, he found several problems that other techs in past wouldn’t take the time to document or missed due to inexperience. He supported his claims with photo/ video evidence which really helped my situation tremendously.

I had completed the same repair on my previous house in the past and it was a simple process. I expected the replacement kit would cost about $20-$40. I was told by their office when I made the appointment that I would be told of any other repairs needed before work was commenced. They replaced the toilet bowl kit and also a short water hose leading into the water tank without talking to me. The total cost over $260 for what I thought would be a simple project. I feel taken advantage of.

Went great. Seth our tech had to replace a great deal of wiring in furnace. He was very professional and completed in a timely manner. Air Solutions has always been great he work a mask and covered his shoes

Leaking showerhead and cold shower

The tech,Stoney , did a great job., as always. Air Solutions has done numerous jobs for me. They are always on time and do a great job. I can call on them for electrical, heat & air and plumbing. As a widow it is so comforting to have Air Solutions available when I need them.

The work was done well by a skilled electrician who was very personable.

He came and both problems. However, the leak came back and he came back out and fixed it again. Hopefully this will do it.

I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.

Service was fine. I just don't like the billing for service. You just pick out one program for service and it gives you the price for the for that program. I like getting an itemized invoice showing pricing for what is being done. Probably won't use again if I can't have itemized invoice.

They responded within the hour, purchased part and made repairs, excellent team of plumbing, electric and heat and air specialist
