Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The technician Mike is here installing a unit, during install we had a issue arise with a vent. He said he was waiting to hear back from his supervisor Buckey, at 1pm (they arrived at 7am) he tells me he “probably won’t get to that today because he hadn’t heard back from Buckey. He was very rude. I asked him to call him again and he said no. So I called the office and they got me in touch with Buckey. Immediately he was condescending and rude, even laughed numerous times during our conversation. I told him I’d rather speak to his supervisor since he clearly thought this was funny. I asked for his number and he said “look it up yourself, I’m not giving it to you!” The installation technicians got into a verbal argument in my front yard with men who were installing new windows in my house at the same time. The argument was so bad we had to go outside and break it up. Completely unprofessional… oh did I mention the 10,000 HVAC unit was paid for in full. So I guess this is the customer service you get when you pay in full upfront. Absolutely the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. Never again!
