Great. They investigated the HVAC and replaced a failed 45-5 capacitor. Here's the great part. From my mid-afternoon service call to the time of completion was approximately 1 hour. I have used Freedom Plumbing, Heat & Air for years and they have never let me down. Great team! Thanks guys.

They also happily returned the following day during a specific time window to accommodate my schedule to address an additional concern I had. We were out of town and the heater quit working. The housesitter called, so we called Freedom, and they repaired the furnace within the morning. We have used this company for many years and have had nothing but outstanding service.

On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward.

Freedom is responsive (a technician was at our house within 30 minutes to fix the busted fitting), they do quality work, and their pricing is reasonable. Between our house and several rental properties, we have had Freedom install new water heaters, heat & A/C units, service existing ones, replace faucets, sinks and toilets, and fix just about any plumbing issue imaginable. They are wonderful!

The technician was friendly, prompt and thorough. He checked everything and showed me some of the issues. My only suggestion would be that they wear boot covers in the home so as not to bring dirt in and out of the house. I would highly recommend.

I really appreciated that Terry helped me understand if it was better to repair or replace my furnace. We've used his company before and have built up trust with him. So, that made the decision easier to go ahead with the choice to replace our 35 year old furnace with a new Trane XB. Plus, they helped fix the draining issue we had with condensation when running the air conditioner.
