They don't show up. They supposed to come on Saturday at 9 o'clock but they didn't bother to show up until 2 o'clock. I keep calling them over and over but they don't answer. I don't recommend them anymore. I paid them 8,672 on the 5th of February.

"We are sorry to have inconvenienced her we value our customers time we know that time is something you can’t get back. We were having technical difficulties that kept us from communicating at that moment. We are still working on her deck and explained to her the completion date is March 9. Today is March 6 and we are still working on the deck. We take our reviews seriously. We appreciate the feedback and know she will love the deck when it is completed this way she can sit on her deck and watch the sun rise and set as she requested."

It went very well. The workers were kind and very professional. Stephen also came to make sure things were going as planned. The work they did was very neat and professionally done. Stephen also explained what was going on as it was being done. I wished I had contacted Above & Beyond while I was still employed. I am very satisfied with their workers and the job they performed was superb. The roof looks better now than when it was first added. Stephen has said the ceiling will not leak water and if it does, he will make it right. Thank you Above & Beyond Roofing and Restoration.

They were amazing! Built us a deck exactly the way we ask and then some. I would say we spend 75% of our days and nights on it. The guys were great, very professional and friendly. We LOVE our deck and will definitely call again.
