I was very happy with the initial new gutter installation. Also had a section of the gutters rehabbed and recently had a problem with the rehabbed section. The service advisor refused to send someone out to address the problem. I am a little disappointed with them at this point.

Very happy altogether which this company, after having a disaster hiring from home advisor 3 years ago, it was great to find a company that did such a great job. Would recommend this gutter company to anyone. They will be the ones doing my house.

Installers were on time and did neat detailed work, cleaning up everything before they left.

Rain Guard arrived for my estimate a day early which was okay and gave us a detailed explanation of the work. The expected date of install was the week of August 17th and after not hearing from them by Thursday, Aug 20th I called and was told they were busy finishing a job at a church and will get back to me. The next day I receive a voice mail from them saying the work crew will arrive early next week to install. Tuesday afternoon, without warning, the crew is knocking on my door. Unfortunately, the estimator failed to identify the type gutter I had and the truck did not have that type so they left and told they would arrive the next day. They were back the next morning, but then said they had to leave to get additional material for the job and said it would be more money for the additional guttering which I agreed to. They were back in about 2 hours and completed the work and handed my wife a sheet of paper with the same amount quoted without the additional guttering. On Thursday I receive an e-mail with the invoice for $334.30 dollars more which seemed a little bit more than the $175 - $200 dollars the work crew said. It was the lack of notification before arriving at my home on a date that was never confirmed, plus the confusing understanding of what a minimal upcharge was for additional work is why I giving them a low rating.

This was a pricey job. He did not follow up. I left a voice mail asking him to come by to look at the back gutter job. No response to my message. Then I received a nasty voice mail that he would take me to court for nonpayment. If he had taken the time to talk, he would have learned that his staff had my email address wrong. I helped them correct it and I sent the check that week. He would have learned that the job was not completed which it remains to this day.

They were quick to respond.

They say they are coming and never show. This happened 3 times. I would call and text and leave a message with a rep but he would not return my phone calls or texts. This happened after he said they would be out a certain day and never showed or called to explain any reason. This happened 2x with a rep and one time with a receptionist saying they would be out the next day at 4:00. Never showed or called to explain. Finally, my husband called the project manager and they showed the next day. The project only took 30 minutes. Crew and installers were nice.

lowest bid and great reviews. The salesman Shaun was a specious fellow. He Called me the morning of our install date to confirm the appointment, but for some reason didn t show up. We hired them repair rotted fascia board and replace any boards that were damaged before installing gutters. They said they would and charged $12.50 per linear freer. They replaced gutters and left the rotted wood. Before installing, we mentioned this several times and even the morning of install. After install, they Said to leave the rot and just paint it. They called a week later to recommend a bosses brother who is a carpenter and pay the same rate. Very unprofessional and a strange situation. I would not recommend them.

Initially, Shaun came out and was very pleasant. He reviewed the job and listened to what my goal was. He then wrote up a quote with a drawing. Shaun was quick to announce that he was familiar with the builder of our home and have worked on them many times. This is when the communication issues began. Scheduling was difficult and confirmations were non existent. When the installer showed up, they were short of parts and had to spray paint white pieces to match the color. Shaun promised to replaced these with proper pieces, this was never done. despite the written drawing of how the downspouts were to be installed, I had to correct the installer on three different locations. The first evening after the install, we had a good rain. Water was running down behind the gutters and puddle up in the same places as before the gutters were installed. this was on April 28th. On April 28th after the rain, I sent a note and video to Shaun and the next day he blamed the flashing on the house. Since he had experience with the builder of the home and did the initial inspection, this should have been known prior to the initial estimate. On May 1st, I texted again asking where we stand and was told that the production manager would come by and make a determination on what should be done. On May 4th after Emanual was out I had to text again to find out what the plan was. Shaun did not know and stated he had to find out. On May 5th I was told that they would need to install additional flashing and it would cost me an additional $300. I informed Shaun that I thought this was a wonderful scam. He told me that it was not and that the fascias were a 1/2 inch too short. Again, should not this have been notice when writing the initial estimate? On May 6th I had to ask when this was going to be completed and was told that I'd get a statement soon. On May 7th I asked to get the work scheduled and was told that later that day he would get to it. crickets. On May 8th I had to ask again to get on the schedule, nothing. On May 12th, 13th I asked again to find out what day and time they would be out. I was told that Emanuel is bending up the flashing in the shop. On May 14th I asked for a choice of days that they can come out and do the work so I can work my schedule around them On May 15th was told they are having a hard time keeping up and I again asked for a day and time. On the morning of May 18th I was told that they are catching up and they were trying to get me on the schedule for the next day and would let me know the next morning. At 1:29 pm the next day still nothing. On May 20th I was told that they would be out that day and they were. When they completed the job, there were raised shingles around the house. the correction they were to make were poorly done. They left aluminum shards throughout the yard. At 3:05 pm the photos of the work was sent to Shaun and his reply was *Looks like the edges need a little polishing touches* This morning May 22nd, I sent video to Shaun showing that the water was now running back into the fascia and now is saying that none of this is the fault of the installed gutters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Salesman was right on time, work crew was excellent and the finished product was exactly what was described and has worked wonderfully. Price wasn't the cheapest but wasn't the most expensive by far. High quality at a reasonable price

They did an excellent job! Very prompt, kind and professional.

They were prompt to respond with a quote. The crew was very good. The work was done as outlined. The one fault I had was that they did not call us the day before installation or on the day of installation to confirm that they were still coming, as outlined in their own proposal.

They contacted me immediately and the specialist came out as schedule to the estimate which was explained thoroughly. The installers were on time and completed the effectively and efficiently without leaving a mess. I am extremely pleased with the work and the price.
