Jason was hired to clear out a clogged drainpipe connecting double vanity sinks. Seemed a simple fix until he discovered a severely clogged line that couldn’t be jetted or snaked. Working tirelessly, he had to cut out Sheetrock and PVC to clear the clog. He repaired the wall, painted it and touched up the baseboard. It was perfect…like it never happened. Highly recommend AAA Advanced Plumbing in the Tulsa area.

Overall, I think that AAA Plumbing did okay remodeling my shower, but it was NOT a good experience. Jason told me at the beginning that I would be charged for labor and that I would buy the materials. He also stated that he had a crew and that my shower renovation would take 2 to 3 days. On the first day he arrived 5 hours late....and that pattern of lateness continued throughout the whole renovation. It ended up taking them 3 weeks and 1 day to complete the project. When I was presented with the bill, I had been charged over $1700 dollars for materials, which didn't include the $1400 in materials that I had paid for myself. I asked to see the receipts and they could only present me with receipts totaling $524. After about 2 hours of discussion, that extra $1200 was taken off of my bill, along with the $300 for fuel. My towel rack with a shelf was taken down during the renovation. They put it back up but now the towel rod keeps falling down. They also kept the left over materials.

Jason and Daisy, did a great job when they got started. Unfortunately the hot water tank I bought was the wrong size for the space my old was. Quoted me a price to install, bring up to code and purchase hot water tank. I think was reasonable compared to most plumbing companies. I?ve been had before with businesses that purchase items that were cheap over a period of a few months and had to replace for the amount was charged. Jason was honest and forthright, they took the hot water tank I purchased and returned it for me. Very friendly, courteous couple. Hoot to see them work. Yes I would recommend this business for service.

Very efficient. Installed a new toilet in 30 minutes and took the old, broken one away. Great job!!!

Jason was great to work with. Got in a bind with home inspection and needed to have camera to check septic system. With only 2 day notice he met us there. We will be calling Jason again when we move in.

Good , rapid service

Had a leak in the ceiling. Contractor was informed of where leak was . He came out found the leak was due to improperly installed toilet ring. I was not told of a trip charge plus cost to diagnose leak which totaled 350 dollars. Home advisor rectified this by sending me a contractor which I also paid 179 dollars and got the problem fixed with out paying for a trip charge etc.

Would not hire again. He was unable to adequately install a toilet in my bathroom. He left the toilet on wedges and said he was unable to complete the job.

removed the tub o.k. however did not work well together , took long breaks did'nt show on time so I stopped all of it and paid a fair amount. They left happy.

Day and a half job turned in to a week and a half job. Do not pay 2nd half until the job is done, took forever to get my yard filled in. Forgot to call me three times, otherwise they did a good job.
