"This was the absolute worst company to deal with. A week without hot water, close to $600 lighter and 2 trips from 2 different plumbers from this same company, we are no better off. Neither plumber that came out spent longer than 5 min with the tank and the office got rude, defensive, and combative when asked legitimate questions why they didn't do the recommended service or make it right. I called the manufacturer of the hot water tank. They advised a whole list that should have been done to diagnose the issue to which not one was done on either trip. With 4 school age kids in the house that need hot water for baths, boiling water for dishes ECT it's absolutely hard. I'm frustrated and hurt. I feel like I have been taken!!!I called this company to convey to them that they have not made it right and I was taken. They told me to contact the manufacturer and hung up,I did and that was their mistake.I will be contacting my bank to see where I stand! Beware!They take advantage of people!"

Our History He and I Construction, Inc. originated from the aspirations of Al Alfaro and his wife Lucille in March of 1995. After working for a construction company from the late 1980's through the early 1990's, Al decided to enter the construction business with the help of his wife Lucille. He and I Construction, Inc. started as a company specializing in refurbishing and building homes, and hardwood floor installation. The central office and storage was located at the Alfaro's home, and based out of the garage. As the company developed and became incorporated in 1998, it began to take on the responsibility of a general contractor, growing into a company specializing in design/build, maintenance and renovation contracting. Now, He and I Construction offers general construction services to the Southwest Region of the United States, while looking to expand in additional regions. Your sewer line can get grimy quickly. To prevent sludge buildup in your sewer line, pour a mixture of 1/3 cup of vinegar and 1/3 cup of baking soda down each drain in your home once a month. After about 30 minutes, flush the drain with hot water.
