"Had repairs needed on two AC units. One of the units only worked for a few hours after they left, and upon calling them they came out again the next day and found an additional problem. "Our air went out on a saturday afternoon at the worst possible time.  We tried getting a hold of a couple other companies and they
did not respond. we called chad's heat and air and they were here in less than a hour. he had the part on the truck to repair our unit, and didnt charge extra for being a weekend..

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
