Had a capacitor go out on our heat pump. Integrity charges $99 service charge to come out. No problem with that. That capacitor however part ranges in price from $20-40 online. I was charged $192 dollars for that part. I asked to speak to the technicians manager. His manager John called me and explained that the markup covers labor, installation and a 3 month warranty on the part. If you do the math on that, that's a 768% markup if the part costs them $25. I expressed that I really didn't think over 500% markup was a fair price. I asked him to come down on that price. I even told him I would pay them $100 as the tech did about an hour and a half of work. Much of the time he was here, we were waiting on the management to call us back. John said he would call his owner as he could not make the call to give us a discount. He finally called back and told me the owner stood firm on his price. At first we told the tech to take the capacitor off and we would pay for everything else he did. He got very agitated with to the point where any question we asked was met with a stern response. Shame on us and lesson learned. Hopefully this will help the next consumers to check the prices on these things. There is NO WAY his labor, markup, and insurance costs on a part that costs you and I 25 bucks is 170 dollars or 768%. Hopefully, you'll call someone else...we should have!

Jovanny showed me what thermostats they sold and I selected one and he installed it quickly and professionally. He took the time to show me the ins and outs of scheduling and how to use it.

Went good. Asked Jovanny Zelaya to check coils in attic to make sure they were clean and he did without hesitation. Jovanny called ahead was punctual and didn't try to over sale. Jovanny told me what the system needed and installed it quickly. This is the second time I have used this company and I will be calling them in the future.

I used them for the initial install on my A/C unit. I was very impressed with them. They moved the control panel, after installation, for no additional charge. They have done exactly what they're supposed to do every time I call them.

JD was on time, polite and knowledgeable.

Everything that they do is good. They done furnace and air conditioning work for us, they do the annual check up, and inspections.

I have been trying to get problems with my air conditioning resolved for months.  This was just one of several problems.  This company quickly responded to my call.  I am having a major problem with my duct work, this provider seemed willing to help me resolve this issue.  The service was not inexpensive.  However, it is rare to find those that return calls and provide immediate service.  Reliability is a huge plus.

When the technician came out he told me the unit was over 25 years old and most likely would need to be replaced very soon. They warranty on the work he had done had a limited guarantee. I can't remember the amount of time but it seemed like it was 90 days. I called the company because I started experiencing the same problem of the outside fan not kicking on and called Integrity. It turns out I was about a week past the warranty expiration. However, Integrity sent out a technician while I was at work, the part was again replaced, and they called to tell me it was no charge!!!! HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!
