"Couldn't be happier with the results, but the best part of the experience is all the amazing, hard-working, highly dedicated and profesisonal people who work for this company. We have an older home (1984 build) with a very large open, back patio. Water erosion and tree roots had wrecked havoc on the concrete causing joint erosion, extensibe wide cracks, shifting and lift. I didn't want to jack it all up and go to the expense of re-pouring and hoped this would be a smart solution. Joe, Kaly and Mark worked an absolute miracle and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. Their approach was thorough and meticulous and I knew from the get-go I was in good hands. I highly recommend you turn to them for all your concrete repair solutions and I won't hesitate to refer my clients to them in the future. You won't regret it!"

"We had a phenomenal installer named Nick Garcia who got our install done quickly and we are very satisfied. Our kitchen looks like something out of a magazine. Thank you Nick Garcia."

"James and Carson showered us in kindness! They were professional and showed real concern for the needs for our daughter’s special needs. Committed to doing what is best for our family, James and Mike worked together to get financing to fit our shoestring budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a shower in their home! 🏡"

"It was 4:15 PM and I needed a plumber ASAP. The first one I called couldn’t get there until the next morning. My second call was to home advisors who put me in touch with Raindancer Plumbing. He was there with the problem fixed within the hour. Would highly recommend him."

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can change a bathtub faucet without changing the valve, as long as the new faucet is compatible with your existing valve system. Most manufacturers design their faucet trims (handles and spouts) to work with their standard valve bodies. However, you'll need to match the new faucet to your valve type, whether it's a compression, cartridge, or ball-type valve. Mixing brands can be problematic, but you can bring your old faucet parts to the hardware store and ask about compatibility.

Window wells contain a drainage system that either redirects the water downhill away from your foundation or connects to your home’s interior drainage system. It’s important to check every few months to ensure your window well’s drainage is clear and working properly to avoid water damage to your foundation and basement.

A high pitch noise after flushing is likely caused by the fill valve being clogged with debris. You can repair this and eliminate the noise by removing the fill valve from the tank, and then cleaning the valve screen. Place the clean fill valve back in the tank and flush as normal.

You can start the process to set up utilities before closing on a new current property, but most companies won’t turn on electricity or gas until after the closing date. You’ll also need proof of ownership to get things going. The best way to do this is to contact the utility company as soon as possible and keep them up to date on the sale status. We recommend making contact one or two weeks before the closing date.

No, they have multiple designs. Choosing a bathroom fixture will depend in large part on the current configuration you have. You will want to pick a model that matches the faucet holes currently in your sink, countertop, or wall. If you want to make a complete changeover, you may need to buy and install a new vanity and sink at the same time you purchase your faucet.
