Anytime my tenant notifies me of a necessary repair, I check with Mike first to see if he is available and he usually is able to assist very quickly with whatever needs fixing. He has fixed leaky roof (and repaired the damage that resulted to the interior ceiling from the leak). He has fixed fraying carpet and painted trim on the house as well as variety of other repairs."

I kept thinking I could manage it but when I sustained an injury to my arm I had to admit I needed help. I tried to hire someone else but the timing never worked out.
